Our Heavenly ButterCrunch
is made with only the finest ingredients. The highest grade
of butter is melted in a
copper kettle, while brown and
white sugars are added and cooked to perfection. The brown
sugar gives our candy a distinctive, rich taste, which sets
it apart from all others.
Once the butter and sugars are totally blended, the mixture
is heated precisely until it forms a creamy, caramel lava.
Oh the aroma at that point is just intoxicating!
We then pour the mixture onto a cooling table where it is
bathed in a thick coating of dark Belgian Callebaut
chocolate! While the chocolate is still warm, we smother it
with roasted almonds and toasted pecans on both sides and hand press them into
the chocolate to assure a mouthful in every bite!
Rachel Ray was very excited to receive an
assorted box of my Heavenly ButterCrunch while on a book
tour! She is a very gracious, beautiful woman with a huge
heart!

Why
is Joyzelle’s supporting Autism Speaks?
I have raised one son with autism and now a
grandchild as well.
It was beyond difficult many year’s ago when
little was known about autism, therefore, my
son was always the square peg trying to find
into society’s round hole!
Because of the media’s attention on autism
and many celebrities speaking out as well, I
can see that my young grandson’s life will
not be as difficult as my son’s was, and
continues to be, because of not having the
